Photoshop Question

I had a photo that was too small to work in the cover wizard. So I opened in Photoshop and increased the size to 300dpi and then saved it. I did no other actions. Will this print out correctly? I only saw one layer that said "0". But as I said just opened it , increase the image size to 300 dpi and then saved. The reason I'm asking is the most of them looked fine in the PDF the wizard created. But I did have one that had white blocks on it. I'm worried my others might not print out right. Or if it looks fine in the pdf will it print that way?
