Casewrap HC last 40 pages not glued at top, hanging loose

I just received my new HC edition proof and the last 40 pages or so are not properly glued to the ribbon at the top. The bottom looks fine, but the top looks like they are pulling out and not attached, making the product look cheap and sloppily manufactured. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a common manufacturing defect?

None of my many softcover copies of the same book had this issue and I was surprised to find such an oversight on a more expensive edition.

Is there a mechanism within Lulu to get a replacement copy due to this defect in their printing?

Please advise.

When you have printing defects contact support using the link at the top right of the page and send them the picture of the defect. They are usually good at replacing it if it is their fault. http://www.lulu.com/support

@Shadowmonkey is right. Do contact Lulu, furnish them with a photograph and they will replace your item free of charge. I have a had a couple of issues with print and/or binding and Lulu sorted it out for me, good luck.

Well, I got my replacement in today and things aren't looking much better. I haven't even unwrapped the thing yet and the issues are already apparent. Am I just unlucky or is this the standard quality I can expect from Lulu's hardcovers printed in Canada? I promised my preorder hardcover buyers a quality product and frankly I'd be embarrassed to ship this to them. ( the bottom of the binding also looks like this. Is there no quality control whatsoever?)
