Yes, there is a retired American Ron Miller who was professor of the Religion Department at Lake Forest College in Illinois, on the Wikipedia site. At first I thought that was you, (which is why I was amazed at the books Wet Dreams and Strip Life South) but then I looked again at Kevin's comment and saw he'd written that you were an artist and author. I found the correct Ron Miller.
Oh sorry that was Don Ron Miller. Came out when I put Ron Miller into Search.
There should be a Chuckle button added to from Flag to Thank you
Maybe both Ron and Kevin need to post their shops
You mean like Kmart?
I don't have one, and it's no one's business if I did.
"so I thought that it would add a layer of credibility to what we say if we were to actually show what that experience is."
Why would I bother? No matter what I say here it's often ridiculed by the odd one or two users. But seeing as this is a self-publishing site, my 'C.V.' is my books.
"All my own work" as people say.
The problem of having a pretty common name!
Not as common a mine I bet!
In a UK only search, this is the forth thing that comes up in the list!
I assure you it's not me!
When I had my own website, around the top 20 search 'hits' were all my own site.
Even as early as last year, if I searched my name, it would find me on book sites all over the place. Not any more! How strange.
I saw that Kevin. ("Kevin Lomas, teacher jailed over sex abuse") when I searched your name--chuckle.
I am sure in the UK people can insist that such old news, etc., is deleted. That newspaper has ignored my request. But what I don't understand is that in a Search, it's almost always at the top! It's from ten years ago! It's hardly news!
Use a "signature setting" for your Lulu shop Kevin.
Use a what?
I know you said it is not in your character to advertise yourself,
Oh, indeed not, which is strange because I have worked in marketing for other people and other products!
but when I bought your book "Just a Couch," (if memory serves me right,) there was no signature at the end of your comment,
I have no idea what you mean. My name is on sites' pages. It is on my Covers, etc., etc. But, somehow you found "Just a Couch," and its page contains links to my other books. (Sorry Lulu! https://www.amazon.co.uk/Just-Couch-Kevin-Lomas-ebook/dp/B009Z55TIE/ref=tmm_kin_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=) Thanks for your review, BTW
But it is here also >> http://www.lulu.com/shop/kevin-lomas/just-a-couch/paperback/product-15736463.html
(I have often thought of turning that into a graphic novel in the manner of Rupert books.)
I had to search for Kevin Lomas. Make it easy for your buyers.
Well, you were lucky! You knew my name. Not many looking for SF/F do! That's a great problem for the unknowns.
Well, wherever they were from, there's many more of mine to buy
Lulu's 'Adult' setting can be a bit confusing because they don't really state what they mean by 'Adult.' All I can say is that none of mine are porn!

How did you know I was "kay" in the review of your book on Amazon, Kevin?
Ah, hang on, because you signed that one with your surname
Sorry for the Amazon Links, Lulu. They are here also!
