No reply from Support

I raised a ticket with support because the proof copy of my book has a colour problem with the cover. That was four days ago and I have had nothing back since. Obviously my book is now in limbo untill the problem is resolved. I have sent another reminder, but still no reply. What to do next? Any advice would be welcome.

    The offfices are closed for the weekend but you will have your problem resolved Monday morning. 100% sure.
