I recieved my proof book today. Love the cover, but inside is a total mess. The book is back to front. The 1st page is the last page, plus the lining of the text is all over the place.
How do i get this poor quality sorted?
Human error happens and Lulu is always willing to rectify the problem. Why not just raise a support ticket and have it resolved today?
