Cover thumbnail on product page.
The cover for my new book is intentionally dark and moody. The printed version looks just right but the thumbnail on the lulu product page is much too dark and unappealing - can anything be done? Am I likely to meet with success if I ask for the thumbnail to be replaced with a lighter version?

Yes, as I said, the printed copy is fine.
I have found that all of my proofs have printed dark, especially the cover.

I've looked at it on a couple of devices and the appearance is the same i.e. darker than the printed version (which is just right).
Gosh, yes, that is dark, and in the Preview (and I assume the background should be green?). Thankfully it's not those used to print the book, and often the covers are printed darker than the actual original images (and at a lesser colour-count).
Has the book reached Amazon yet? If it has or when it does, what does the thumbnail and Amazon's own Preview look like on there?

Thanks to lulu support the images are now much better (they now look like the actual printed cover).
