Non Profit

I have published a couple of calendars for 501c3 non profit organizations, with payment going directly to them.

Do they still have to have a witholding, since they are tax exemp organization or how does that work?

  • Hello cynmae

I have two recommendations for you.

If you are ordering more than 100 copies for resale, go to this page and request a custom volume discount: http://www.lulu.com/create/volume-discounts

You can submit a sales tax exemption form. You obtain the form from your state and you can submit it electronically from here:  Sales Tax Exemption

To follow up on this response: if a state certificate of tax exemption is submitted to Lulu, does a W9 need to be submitted as well?

    Many thanks in advance,
