Hi Guys This is FAQ really But do I have to accrue £10 of royalties before I get paid or does lulu pay you after x amount if days? I read the in the US it's 5 dollars what is it in British pounds...

Just checking this. Am I right in assuming that Lulu will not withhold tax on US sales if I use my own (UK) ISBN numbers? And that this applies to both paper and ebooks?
