cover and copywrite page

I can't create a cover image, when I try the create image working wheel just keeps rolling and nothing happens. Same goes with create background or anything else. What can I do? Also, everything else is a go on my e-reader but I'm not getting a copywrite page, do I have to make a copywrite page?

Make sure the Marketing Image is 612x792px at 72 or 96dpi.

If the page is still stuck then Step Back 2 or 3 stages and then step forward again to the image stage.
If still stuck change your Browser (or if using IE swicth to compatability mode) again setp back and step forward.

Yes you must have a Copyright page and it must be in the TOC.
