It is not actually you who creates how it looks if you are creating a Word file to upload in to the ePub Wizard.
You set Chapters etc via Heading Style 1, as I think you know, and the Converter uses that to create the TOC list. All it is is a list of what you 'marked' with Heading Style 1 at the side of the 'story' that if clicked on will go to that Chapter, or whatever.
