Is it possible to replace the epub file with an updated one once published?

Hello out there,

I recently went through a revision of my eBook project because my title did not match the title on the cover. In the process, I had to get a new ISBN. I re-made the project with the new ISBN, but forgot to update my ISBN number in my epub. Does this matter? If so, can I replace the published file somehow without having to start the process all over again, getting yet another ISBN?

Yes, revise the project and upload your edited file.

When I tried to revise the project and replace the existing epub, I was told that I am trying to upload an "invalid" and "un-manifested" file. The new file is an epub, virtually identical with the old file. What am I doing wrong?

Did you perchance open it in iTunes before uploading?

No. I was only working within the Lulu "My Lulu" site.
