How to Do Table of Contents for Children's Book with No Chapters or Sections

The ePub formatting instructions indicate that a table of contents is required. I have a children's book for 3-6 year olds, which is a short story with a lot of illustrations.  How do I create a table of contents when the book has no sections or chapters?

Once you've created the EPUB you can edit it with something like oXygen author to create the TOC.

Make the Word Copyright as Heading 1, as well the book title and the About the Author page. That's all.
