Cant upload cover

Every time I try to upload a cover of my book it keeps saying that it found some thing wrong. And i can't figure out what it is.

Are you sure you have pixel size correct? That is why mine normally gets rejected. I use photoshop, Image/resize and then unclick "constrain perportions" and enter the size the lulu box tells me at the start of the upload. It's different for every book size and digital size so I can't read it off to you.

Yeah i set it at the EXACT dementions it told me to and it worked
