Hi sigridmac,
If the 'Accept' button is not working when you attempt to apply a marketing image, this is most likely caused by an incompatibility we are aware of with certain versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. We are working to address this incompatibility in a future site release, but in the meantime there is a work-around for this error.
Internet Explorer has a built-in compatibility mode that will fix this issue. To turn on compatibility mode in your browser, follow the instructions presented on the following page:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-to
Once you have turned on compatibility mode for your browser, you should be able to upload and apply your ebook cover image with no problem. Make sure that the compatibility mode icon is high-lighted (active) when you are on the Ebook marketing image step.
Another quick solution would be to use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Additionally, we are aware of a bug on the site with some of the Lulu gallery images not working; if you still run into this problem using a different browser or with the compatibility mode turned on, this could be the case. You could try saving the image and uploading it from your computer instead.
I hope this helps!

Sigrid, send me an email. Let me log in and see what you are doing. Send me your image also. Use transferbigfiles.com if it is more than 10 MB.
If you no longer have my private email, write to me at my website below.

Use the same cover for Kindle as you have for your print book. Just crop the front and upload.

But I made the cover for my print book in Lulu and the only thing I could download was a PDF. Doesn't Kindle want it in JPEG or Tiff? And don't they only want the front cover? I have no idea how to crop it
Will PM you.

Download the PDF to your desktop, crop in free Photoshop trial software or Irfanview and convert to JPEG.
Kindle accepts JPEG or TIFF.
