Odd question about revision

I have not ordered and approved a copy of my book yet. But one of my close friends saw it was already up for sale on the website, and he ordered one. So it has gone into print already with his order. Now, there's no isbn.. I didn't do the whole distribution thing. My question is.. can I revise my manuscript without being charged a fee since I have not ordered a proof and approved it yet? Or will the revision cost a fee because someone already ordered the book? I know this is a weird question.

Re: Odd question about revision

Once you finish the Publishing Wizard process your book is immediately available for sale on Lulu.
The Approval is only to make the book available for distribution.
You can revise the book as many times as you like and buy as many proof copies as you wish.
At some stage after the revisions and having purchased a proof of the latest revision you can Approve the project.
At that stage it will move forward for release into distribution.

If you don't want anyone to buy copies until you are happy then you must set the project to Private Access.
