I am trying to revise my project. I'm uploading a Microsoft Word file. It has words, pictures and all the fonts within it are from the Microsoft Word font list. I have been able to upload this file many times without issue. I don't understand why I'm not able to upload this revision. The only changes I've made to the file is I've added a few more pictures and I've edited the text for spelling and grammar errors. It loads the file into "My files" but then won't "make a print ready file". It gives me a link to "Please visit Lulu Support for more assistance." and I'm not seeing anything in the support area that will explain to me why I'm unable to create this print ready file. I thought perhaps it was a matter of just not being able to do a revision, so I tried to create a new project with this same document and that didn't work either. It stops in the same way that it stopped when I tried to make a revision; "Make a print ready file".
Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Help would be great! Today was my deadline to buy bulk for some local stores that have agreed to carry my book!

Don't I have to have Adobe programs in order to create a pdf? If I do...I don't have that program.

Thank you. Though I just noticed that I can save PDF in Word. So I'll try that first. Embedding the fonts may help. I'm worried that's the problem, though I don't see how. All the fonts I use are from Microsoft. I've not added any fonts into the document.

Also you can download a free PDF converter program called Cute PDF. I used it throughout uni and at work. Hope this helps.
