Your site was recommended via Kel Miller but I am unsure how the process works if you wish to get some copies at cost price so that you can sell them at your own presentation evenings etc. Presumably there is some way authors can order at cost price so that Lulu gets the costs met including shipping, and the author can then sell them at the cost on the cover. Can you help me here as this is my first time?

Yes

Create a book. The print cost, i,e, the cost price to you will be calculated. Set a retail price and if anyone buys the book via Lulu you'll earn the difference between the retail price and the print price.
You can buy copies at the print price and sell them yourslef.

Hi john4ns,
Any time you are logged-in to your account (the account under which the books were published), you only have to pay the base (manufacturing, print) price. The price is automatically set at your author price when you add the book your cart.
Hope this helps!
