i have 4 things on my sporlight, 2 free downloads and 2 proper books. I would obvioulsy rather people bought the books than downloaded them so i would like to be able to arange books by type. At the moment the only way i could do it was to rate the 2 books i want at the top and organise them by rating but it will all go horribly wrong if people rate the downloads

Fortunately I am not an impressionable youth or someone that is easily put down. Were this not the case then such patronising high handed treatment of a new user might well dissuade me from using the forums again. If, as it seems, this is a well-known old chestnut maybe it is time that lulu dealt with it. In any event there are ways to respond to posts (particularly from new users) and ways not to. These two responses are a lesson in how not to.
