Hi There,
It would be great and much more professional if LULU responded to their tickets (after a printing defect) at all. I have been sending numerous requests for support - but absolutely no response now after 11 days. Makes me regret going with LULU knowing that the follow up support is not there...
Even just an acknowledgement that someone is looking into my case would have made me feel less dissapointed.
