I suggest to make it possible to stop the subscription to a thread when one is in the thread itself.

In other words, under "subscribe to this thread" in the small drop-down menu, it would be convenient to have "unsubscribe".

At the present time, unless I am mistaken, it is only possible to unsubscribe in the subscription managing facility, where it is difficult to find a subscription, besides the fact that it crashed when I tried to use it a few minutes ago.

Hi JeanPaul - Thank you for your suggestion. There are several methods for reducing the number of notifications you receive that you can change. Go to My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification settings. If you are receiving notifications each time a topic is edited, you can change the "Edits to published articles and topics in areas I subscribe to" option to Never. You can also manage your other subscriptions and notifications from this page. I hope this helps!

Subscription Offerings

I run a small online magazine publication, and I've been publishing each Issue via Lulu, with links on my site for easy purchase. I'd love to be able to offer my readers a subscription-based option where they would pay once and receive multiple issues over time.

I understand the pricing would have to be based on my using a pre-specified template and keeping the page numbering consistent, but that's relatively easy for both article-based and short literature-based publications.

If there's already a way to set up something like this, please let me know. I've been poking around and haven't been able to fint it.

Hi Rob, thanks for your suggestion. This is certainly an interesting idea, but a good one nevertheless, and one we'll consider moving forward. Thanks for using Lulu!
