I have one small suggestion regarding tracking of shipments and there doesn't really seem to be an option to report this by email:

Customer support did a replacement order for me and the shipment confirmation email gave a tracking number and said it was shipped via Ground. Looking for more information on the website, I found out that "Ground" in the US could be either FedEx or UPS and both services allow tracking. Since I did not place the order myself and thus did not choose the carrier myself, I had to use trial and error to find out that the tracking number was for FedEx.

It would be more convenient if the shipment confirmation email would state specifically which service (FedEx Ground or UPS Ground) was used and clarify on which website the tracking number will work.
