publisher grade paper

I'm writing a 24-page saddle-stitch chapbook and would like to use publisher grade paper. But, the problem is that publisher grade paper requires perfect bound binding and the book must be 84 pages ONLY. I don't like this restraint. Times are hard, and I don't want my 24-page book to be $6.81 plus $4.00 shipping (which rounds up to $10.81). And I like saddle stitch, not perfect bound (saddle stitch seems more appropriate). Take off the 84-page perfect bound only restraint and I will stop bothering Lulu. Please do this. Publisher Grade is cheaper and saddle stitching is appropriate for a chapbook. Please take my idea into consideration.
