parcel number

Hello,

The Lulu e-mail that informs a customer their parcel has been shipped gives the Lulu number of the order, but does not mention the parcel number given by the French postal service for a Colissimo parcel.

This number is printed on the address label of the parcel along with its corresponding bar code. 

It is necessary for the customer to have this parcel number in order to launch an enquiry with Colissimo in case of an abnormal delivery delay. So could you please include this parcel number in the e-mail.
