Maybe a customer service line where people can call in and ask?  "Hey folks, after spending close to $1,000 with you, why wont' anyone answer my e-mails?" 

You need a customer service number!!!!

I have orders out that have not been fulfilled for services I have already paid for, but ZERO response.  This is incredibly disheartening as for five months I had excellent service - NOW - some of my files are gone.

Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME?  Is there a number I can call at the company?  I looked them up on Google but the number listed is automated. 

I am to the point where I am about to call the Better Business Bureau.  I looked up Lulu there and saw tons of similar complaints.  Is Lulu even legit?

I am very concerned about my intellectual property - have people waiting to buy my book - yet there is no one or anyone to speak with.  So disgusted! 

Please advise.  All help greatly appreciated
