I feel if one is a customer on lulu with a book already self published, that lulu should answer questions about a second book wanting to get printed. I have asked questions on the free consultation, and have written to someone at lulu that used to respond to my questions, to no avail. So... open a spot for those of us that have already published at least one, something, for some basic questions.
