Hi mallis, if you'd like to learn how to publish an eBook, we have a great landing page that explains everything - http://www.lulu.com/publish/ebooks/?cid=nav_ebks. After reading that page, if you still have questions, feel free to email support - http://www.lulu.com/support. Good luck!

This is not a suggestion, this is a complaint. And you are addressing users like yourself so that is no way to win friends. Many of us have been using Lulu for years and are well satisfied. If you have a technical problem then could you outline it in the forum so that other members more experienced can give you advice? For customer service help press the Help button at at the top left of the page.

Wow...some of the answers here are insulting, frankly. They only inflame anger and frustration the user might be experiencing (not defending the rude tone of the frustrated poster, though). That's a shame. I have been using Lulu for years- since its beginning. I've really tried to be a supporter, but I've often NOT been satisfied with the help, or the forums- and the indirectness of it all, as well as sometimes idiotic wait times. There are other sites out there that do have direct calling for help. I'm not naming names. But I use them as well, (with much less frustration, or snarky responses). This IS a suggestion.
