Make your web site easy so that an idiot can access the services.  I am trying to purchase another round of formatting for my book.

I have already spent thirty minutes but could not find where I could charge for this service.  Make this simple.

Hmm, there are grey buttons up top. One of them is named Services.

However, I do think Lulu should provide a forum for Service providers who are not necessarily Lulu employees.

Feel free to check out our  book formatting services website if you are on a tight schedule.

Thank you for your suggestion, could you provide us with more detail?

Was the problem that you could not find the service you were looking for, or was the issue that you found the formatting service for you, but could not figure out how to purchase it?

When beginning your search for formatting services, where did you go first?  Where did you go next?  What in particular was confusing?  How did you even hear about our formatting services in the first place?

Services are an integral part of our mission - help authors sell more books - so any information you can tell us would be helpful.
