Respond to e mails

It would be really helpful if Lulu responded to e mails.  I have sent three e mails regarding a problem with my order and have yet only received the standard response that they will reply in 2 to 4 working days.  They haven't.  I recommend another self publishing company to my colleagues as they respond within 24 hours - A nice response, Lulu to date have not responded to any,  thought I would try Lulu as they are cheaper, maybe because of this.

 

This is my first experience and saying I am disappointed is an understatement.

I looked up your support case(s) and it appears someone from our support team did respond to your original case in March and followed up again yesterday since we had not heard back from you. I see now that you are in communication with Tommie. I will leave it in her capable hands.
