I would like suggest that lulu allow " bulk order" customers to use our own accpetable methods for shipping. For instance, I have a fedex ground account that would save me lots of money on shipping.

I understand that you could not just allow any method, but I have received orders from lulu using UPS, Fedex and the USPS, so I know those methods are already supported.

I can tell you that lulu's shipping charges are quite high compared to actual rates, and for this reason alone I often decide against using lulu for my printing needs. I would be wiling to pay a small 'convenience fee' for this privelege.

Indeed, there should be some method of allowing bulk buyers to collect/have collected the books themselves in what ever way they like, if it is convenient for them.
