You mean a place such as the Forum?
I am having trouble downloading the Abode Digital Editions and can't access it as they keep saying my details are incorrect. so I try to contact Lulu.com to ask for more time to get this sorted since I am not good at these things, otherwise if I haven't downloaded my eBooks (using the digital editions) within the 24 hours I will loose it. I should be able to get to the support line but Lulus page says I can't connect. I hope I don't loose my payment.
