Change where "visit the forums" link goes

I think it would be best of the "Visit the Forums" link on the main Community tab takes you INTO the Community discussion area in the new system, not to the main support page. It would be a more obvious entry point for those wanting to visit the forums.

Now that Nick has created a Site Map, that would be an even better place for that link to go to from the Community page.Community Sitemap

The View Forum phrase says it will take you to viewforum.php, but one actually ends up at support.lulu.  Clearly redirection is happening.  It is standard internet practice to let people view forums, even if they are not members, so they get an idea about content and mood.  Input to a forum requires membership in many cases. That's OK.  Lulu should do this for clarity, i.e., its the normal practice at most sites, we expect it, and know how to operate that way.  I do not want to register for a forum that I have not seen.  Lulu, are you listening?

Hi Elmore, that would be common sense. (Which is not so common these days)

Do you get the distinct feeling that the number of visitors to the lulu community has taken a sharp decline of late. Could it be finding themselves redirected to support they are disillusioned by the community icon and at this stage just give up.

To be perfectly honest, this was a stupid move if not just a mere mistake. I really needed to get into the forums today with an important question and you've gone and changed it.....WHY WHY WHY?:????????????

This new system SUCKS. It's difficult to navigate and nearly impossible to find anything. Thios just goes to show that newer isn't always better. The same goes with the cover wizard. The book quality is fantastic, you should have kept it simpe. I used to enjoy the forums - especially the comedy - now I can't even find i

This is insane. I hate it when Lulu suddenly decides willy nilly to make changes. I had a question about where to obtain life-size cardboard displays showing my book cover at book signings - so I just posted it somewhere - ANYWHERE, and who even knows if Lulu is listening. I have a ticket open on this still....they told me:

"I apologize for the errors that you are experiencing.We are aware of this particular error. Our team has fixed this particular issue, and they will reply you as soon as possible.  I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."

...in other words, a canned response, thinking it will satisfy me so they can close out the ticket. Ain't happening. BRING BACK THE FORUMS THE WAY THEY WERE!

Um,...so can anyone tell me how to get to the forums? I can only get to the Support area. Does Lulu even still have forums? Thanks.

Hi there,

guess my input is no contribution to the "problem".

I am registered for "Deutschland"  with language "Deutsch" ... and no matter what I do, I end up with the English language community/forum.

There should be a link to the other language communities, at least on my screen threre is none.

Any idea to fix this?
