Ability to resize picture on templates

Lulu needs to let the user change the size, position, and layout of the pictures on the pages. Instead if forces each Layouy, lt the user start with a layout but then make changes. For example, you may want one picture to be bigger or smaller than the template allows. Or rotate to be landscape instead of portrait. Or move around on the page.
