To date I am tired and frustrated at receiving well intentioned help via Lulu support referring to the clicking of buttons that do not appear to exist, and seemingly numerous variations on the names of actual items and lack of precise and accurate terminology.

Hi, If nothing more, there should be a Lulu glossary of terms used throughout the entire process. For example, what is the difference between what Lulu calls 'revenue' and what people refer to as royalties (within the Lulu context). A glossary, if done well, might eliminate a majority of the questions people have and avoid all this endless frustration.
