reviewing my book through email

when I go through the process of loading the book and it asks if I want to review it through the e mail nothing comes through.  It is just a blank e mail so I am not able to see what the book will look like.  Again I am so new at this I look like an idiot so help please!!!

It is asking you if you wish to be notified by email when the Conversion has finished, then you go back to the Wizard and then you can take a look at the PR PDF.
I never bother with the email because I just leave the Wizard open until it has finished. It should not take long.
