formatting problem--line in header and footer in ustrade template

The line is gone!  Thank you! Thank you, Ken Anderson and your little booklet about headers and the LULU LINES!  You don't know how many nights I lay awake wondering how I was going to solve this problem. I had tried everything. For those of us who are technically challenged, something like this can be a game changer.  I also want to thank Kevinlomas  for his support and suggestions.  Having people such as the two of you offering suggestions and  support will make the difference  in whether writers choose Lulu or some other site.
