I have a book all designed and ready to go. 136 pages done. I have 1/8th inch bleed all the way around, and I'm ready to get started... but here's where I get stuck.
If I start a "photo book" project, it asks me to layout the photos on the pages. Negative.
If I start a hardcover, it doesn't give me the options to select the size and paper I want.
What am I doing wrong?
And, do I need to put in crop marks in InDesign, or will the measurement from center be enough?
I've got pages and cover done and ready, and I'm all kinds of excited to get this moving forward!
Thanks!

Blake,
First the Photo Book is for those that can't design and just want to drop pictures in like a standard off the shelf photo album.
You need to use one of the standard book options. But of course there isn't a 8.5sq hard cover.
Also most of the options use a standard paper and not the paper in the Photo Book.
Don't use crop marks or any other printers marks.

OKay, so then what are my options here? I've been looking for a POD publisher for this book for a week now. Every site seems to say they can do it, but when I get down to it, there are restrictions (can't do that size that way, don't have that paper for that style, etc.).
Please help me. Someone. I've got this entire project done, but nobody to print and distribute it. If I contact customer service, can I put in all the required information (special) and get it done that way?
Thank you.
