Can't Upload Interior File

Hi, everyone

I have been publishing on Lulu for years and I have never had any problems uploading files until now. Last night I tried to upload a Word document to no avail. I want to correct some mistakes that are in the first version of my book, so I created a new version and uploaded the file. No good. Then I converted the file into a PDF and received the same message –"upload failed. Check your connectivity and try again."

Waited until tonight and tried again. No luck. Has anyone seen this message?

There's nothing wrong with my Internet. I don't have trouble uploading videos and files to other URLs.

Any advice?

Try using a different Web Browser.

Oh, thank you, thank you! I never remember to do that. That worked. I wonder why Internet Explorer is such a problem. Anyway, thanks again, Ken.
