I am buying things—what are Thank You Notes?

Publishers of the content you buy may have decided to express appreciation to anyone who purchases their work, as well as provide contact information, by directing Lulu to send a Thank You Note. Lulu sends these notes automatically to the email address you provided to Lulu. Your information, however, is hidden from the publisher, including your email address. You decide whether to respond to the Thank You Note and reveal your contact information.

You do not have to accept Thank You Notes. Indicate your preference in the Email Notification section of your Account Preferences. Find this section in the My Account area of the My Lulu tab. You must log into your account before you can modify these options.
