Hi Everyone,
I'm new at this but I hope I covered all the basis with my marketing. I have a FB Fan Page, Blog, Website, Twitter Account all for my book including the Author Spotlight from Lulu. Did I miss anything? I'm NOT doing YouTube...LOL I'm even sending out postcards which one of the authors posted and I thought it was an excellant idea. Please advice for successful marketing.

Don't forget to add a signature to all email accounts with a link to yor author spotlight.
Since yours is a cookbook, I would imagine there are a number of other ways that you could market it.
For instance, if there are any local high end kitchen stores in your area, see if you can set up a cooking demo doing a couple of the recipes from your book and, of course, sell copies and have cards for people to take.
See if any gourmet shops would display your cards and even a copy of the book. They may be willing, especially if they carry the products and ingredients in the recipes.
Small, idependent bookstores like to have books by local authors, especially if it's a small community. Work out something with one or two of them to stock a couple of copies of your book for a cut of the profit. If the few copies sell, they will likely want to stock more and possibly set up a signing.
Those are just a couple suggestions to give you an idea of using marketing beyond the internet.
BTW, I love the concept of your book. I do an Italian cooking blog and have been considering doing a cookbook; something that gives the recipes and the traditions and background of the area from which they originate. The recipes are all passed down from my great grandmother and grandmother....most of it, rustic peasant dishes adapted to todays world where people cannot make everything from scartch the way they did.
The problem with doing a blog and book like this; my grandmoher taught me to cook with a pinch of this, a bit of that for tatste, etc. To establish actual recipes with measurements, one has to create the meals and figure out the measurements. I gained ten pounds doing that.
