I found Amazon Kindle Direct publishing annoying as if someone buys your book you have to accrue £10 in royalties before you receive any money and I have only made 1 e-book sale which means I never see the money

Serenity > perhaps so but some people do sell 1000s :-) I would assuame they are the ones who only ask $1 per 'book'.
