Based on your feedback and suggestions, Lulu is happy to introduce a new Forum role titled Community Support.
You may have noticed posts and responses from Erin W and David K. These individuals from our Customer Voice Team bring experience working on author and buyer submitted cases and chat. Their primary goal is to provide accurate, timely responses to various questions.
Erin and David's particiaption is not intended to replace the wisdom and experience of our authors and forum users who do a fantastic job giving advice. And this does not replace the need for individuals to report specific case requests. As you know, we do not provide account specific assistance within the forums, but we can provide more generic answers that would benefit the community at large.
