I've been trying to download a book for two days. I work with Word 2007, Acrobat 9...nothing that I've read from this chat is helping. I've redone my document a dozen times, with each instruction of now to change and/or reformat it.

Any ideas? This was due to be done yesterday. I have published four books with Lulu and never had these problems, I even change it to the old version of Word as instructed, it didn't help!
