I bought an ebook "Wealth Within Your Reach, Pera Mo, Palaguin Mo" last February 27, 2011 but I was not able to download it. The file downloaded is having an "acsm" extension. I used Reader Library and Adobe Digital Editions but all have errors. Reader Liabrary error says I lost my internet connection while ADE says error in authenticating license. I tried to download a sample ebook in ADE and was downloaded and readable.
Right now I'm still waiting for the Lulu's support response. Their previous response never worked out.

If you haven't yet, check out the following link on eBook Downloading:
(I had an issue last year downloading an author's novel; the trick was using the "Save As" feature as opposed to "Save." To this day, I'm sure why that is, but there you have it
)
Hope this helps!

I am having the same problem and the 'right click' trick does not help
it downloads a file called ebook.php which is useless

This is a mess!! After got the "support page" (deeply hidden in the Site Map) you have to choose a "label" for your problem (not shipped, shipped but not received, etc.) that has nothing to do with this specific problem. I chose "item damaged" since was the one that closer described what had happened and write a description of the problem. I received a "machine response" asking me to "... send a digital image that clearly illustrates the defects with your order. Photos work best for showing the defects." At this point I think I lost my money, but I got a really interesting real case of study to be used in my Customer Service classes at the University.

Hello,
I am having the same problem downloading an ebook I purchased and have received the same response. Did you find a resolution to your problem? If so, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
