Once I upload and place order for hardcover book with color photos on every page, how long will it take to ship?

Manufacturing times are as follows:

•Paperback Books - Ship in 3 to 5 business days (Orders of more than 25 may take from 6-8 business days.)
•Hardcover Books - Ship in 10 to 12 business days
•Artwork - Ship in 3 to 5 business days
•CDs & DVDs - Ship in 3 to 5 business days
•Downloads - Available immediately in your downloads/purchases.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of product being produced, the country to which a product is being shipped and the shipping method chosen.

Hi there,

Since your redesign of the help areas of the site, that link to the manufacturing & shipping times doesn't work any longer, and I can't find it again through search.

Can you post a link to a simple page outlining both the manufacturing times and shipping speed (so, all turnaround time from my upload) for different book types?

I found a blog post from August 2009 that says fasttrack shipping will be temporarily unavailable. Is it safe to assume it is back at this point?

If I were to order a hardcover color book on Wednesday of this week with fasttrack shipping, how reliably would it come by Saturday of this week?

However....if you order a hard back book at the same time as the paperback you have to wait for the hardback before the order is shipped.  I was told by Nick Popio that this was not the case and that the paperback would be shipped when ready.  It is now 5 business days since my order and the paperback has not been shipped and I have been told by another customer service agent that I have to wait for the hardback.. Beware of empty promises.
