Paypal have taken and refuse return funds lulu remitted

Paypal.com just closed the account I opened at lulu.com instructions and to which lulu.com sent USD962.39 to a few days ago; I therefore have not got the money.

There is no way I can prove an identity as "Lady K" as paypal demand because Lady K is the penname of myself, Roger Jones.

I have already asked lulu.com claw back the funds. If lulu.com do not assist, the only option for me will be to file theft report against paypal -- difficult since it is paypal.com.au -- in australia.

This is making me very ill -- I worked over a year to earn that money. Please respond and assist. Lulu.com can prove the money originated with lulu, and paypal will have to return it to lulu.

I've had a PayPal account (two in fact) for some years. After making the second of two successful payments to Integrative Ink for formatting work in the USA, PayPal sent me an email saying that they'd be closing my account unless I supplied them with copies of my bank account and verification from a UK government department - amazing or not? I lived for years prior to PayPal coming into existence so I've now closed both my PayPal accounts. In my opinion PayPal is a rubbish company that is giving money transfering services a bad name. I'm using moneybookers in future.
