Order Fulfilling, No Customer Service

For those who are waiting for their orders, it seems Lulu are still printing and shipping books in the UK. I ordered a copy of my book on the 1st of January and received it two weeks later on the 14th January. According to the Order FAQ it should have been done in one week, but I'm blaming that on the adverse weather conditions that week, here in the UK.

Whether delays have been made for bulk orders or some were lost in the Christmas rush, I don't know. I hope that info gave you guys some hope of getting your orders soon.

Same problem. Still waiting on a book I paid extra to get faster and to be tracked. Ten days late, can't track it on their site, and they haven't responded to email. Hope I actually get the book.

I have placed four orders with lulu. The third order was 6 weeks ago and our South African Customs and Postal Service have no record of the parcel arriving in South Africa. I am doing quite a big media drive and have my book launch soon - please help! The order number is 5547903 - Thorngate book.

I am having the same problem. I have people buying my product, but nothing is shipping. For some reason it says my project (a calendar) is in revision/draft mode, but it's not. It's finished and published, and I'm worried that the project won't ship until it's out of that mode. And of course, I've contacted lulu via live chat (which doesn't seem to work, no one ever responds) and via email, and of course no response there either. I think they need to get some real people on the phone to help, this seems to be a recurring problem. I won't use lulu again because of this problem. Any ideas if the product will still ship if it's in draft/revision mode?

My order has been in the forfilling state since the 5th of December and todays date is the 12th. I always purchase the method of travel by (GROUND) which states 3 to 5 days. As far as I know the order has not shipped but the funds have been withdrawn from my account. Where is my order? Has it been shipped? When will it arrive?

Who knows? Why not ask Lulu via Help. That is only 7 days anyway, and it is Xmas.

What type of book is it?
You must count business working days, not weekends holidays. Where I live that's only 3 working days.
.....and remember to distinguish between fulfilling (printing) and shipping times (days in the post).
