To any one who is experianced with Lulu.com,
So I'm new here to Lulu.com and I have a lot of questions but I'm not entirely sure how to get them answered. I know there is a connect tab where you can go to get help but I am a little confused by the lay out. I have tried contacting someone by live chat to answer some basic questions but so far have been unsucessful. Is there anyone who can answer some basic questions on formating and how I need to submit each section of my book?

There are many other authors here who can probably help answer your questions... but keep in mind that this is sort of a self-help site, so hopefully you will do some exploring on your own before asking questions :-) The "Connect" tab that you are now in, is sort of a big catch-all place that has a big knowledge-base of questions/answers that you can search through, a help section, as well as this forum area where we users try to help each other through the twisty little passages that all look alike here. :-)
So, as long as you first make an effort to search for the answer yourself and don't find it in the KB or forums, then you can ask away :-)
There are also some very helpful people who, for a small fee, have their own books here on the subject, or can be hired to do some of the complex work for you.

Eduard

Hello E.S.,
Begin the process (click on PUBLISH up top) and as you proceed you will form specific questions. We'll be able to help you when you come across obstacles.
For starters, do not publish individual sections. Put all your parts in one Word document, set it up the way you like, print a PDF with embedded fonts, and upload.

Hi E.S.
As you can see, there are many here ready to help you in your quest to publish here on Lulu. I joined in March and had no clue, but with the connect/search for topics and all the helpful people here, I made it through.
Good luck!
Tim
