Downloaded templates

I want to use the 8.5 x 8.5 format and I've attempted to download that template.  I've tried three times (on different days) and each time I get the"large square" 12x12 format.  Is the 8.5 x 8.5 no longer available?

This doesn't look like it is the template for the inside pages because it says cover template...trying to find the template for inside pages 8.5x11. I need to know if i need to upload a 8.75x11.25 jpeg (photobooks require jpegs) which inludes bleed. Do i need a bleed on the spine or extra margin (space) on the spine? Thank you, Jan
