You will be accepting the following Terms and Conditions when you purchase extendedREACH and/or globalREACH Distribution. Once the service is purchased this agreement is binding.
You:
- will make payment in advance of receipt of service through a valid credit card.
- will ensure that your publication meets all the distribution requirements.
- will make all revisions necessary in order to ensure your publication meets all distribution requirements.
- attest that your publication does not violate any copyright, privacy or intellectual property rights.
- agree not to make any duplicate publication available through other retailers. You will not submit the publication to distributors other than Lulu.com while lulu distribution is active.
- will purchase a copy of most recent version of your publication for review prior to approving the first copy. Any time you make a revision, you will purchase a new copy of your publication to verify accuracy and subsequently approve the revised publication for distribution.
- understand that once a publication is approved for distribution by you, it can take up to 6-8 weeks for the revised version to enter the distribution channels.
- may not change the title, author, binding type, trim size or interior ink selection once the distribution service is purchased.
- may retire your book from distribution at any time.
Lulu:
- will provide the distribution of your publication to retail channels.
- will submit any revision you make to your publication only after you have approved such revision. Revised publications enter the distribution channel between 6-8 weeks after approval.
- will not proofread or review your publication. Sole responsibility for the content of the publication rests with the author.
- is not the owner of the publication. All copyrights and intellectual property rights are held by the author.
- is not responsible for any orders you place or cause to be placed outside of our distribution network.
- will withdraw your publication from availability in retail channels once you have retired the publication. It may take 6-8 weeks for us to remove your listing. In certain channels, total removal of your title may not be possible.
Distribution Services, once purchased, are not refundable
From time to time, Lulu may make changes to these Terms &Conditions to obtain greater clarity or for legal or administrative reasons without prior notice.
