Spine Printing

Hi,

 I have ordered plenty of one of my projects directly from Lulu (project 9927348 in case that helps) and they came back just fine. A couple of days ago however I noticed that Amazon had a good deal going on that project so I bought some from them instead. All is fine except for the fact that they all came without any printing on the spine. 

 I ordered these copies with the specific intent to donate them to some local libraries, but without printing on the spine I'm afraid they won't be able to use these copies at all.

 Is this par for the course for Lulu? If so I may switch the project over to CreateSpace, since the bulk of my orders do come through Amazon anyway.

Createspace/Amazon does not print on spine if book is less than 100 pages.  How long is your book? Still, this shouldn't affect files they got from Lulu. Perhaps you can contact support for the details of it?

Grant,
I see your project does, in fact, have less than 100 pages. However our Distribution requires you to only have over 80 pages in order to have spine text. I would do as Maggie suggested and open up a case with our Distribution team to have them take a look. - http://www.lulu.com/help/email_support.php
